Thanks for your help. It actually was a conflict with our Ithemes plugin – which is strange, because I actually had that suspicion and tried that before I contacted you. Ithemes sent out another update today and then I when I updated, de-activated and re-activated the plug-in the problem was gone. Ithemes is a weird plug-in! It always locks us out of the backend of the site when it’s updated and I’m forced to go into the File Manager and rename the folder and login again, and then change the folder name back. It’s bizarre.
