We don’t have SCRIPT_DEBUG enabled… WP_DEBUG either.The issue happens for new and existing events.

Our web developer looked into this, and found the following:The problem persists even when all plugins are deactivated except TEC + TEC Pro (both at v 4.3.3)
The problem persists regardless of the theme chosen: SBS custom theme, Genesis Framework, or Twenty-Fifteen
In any case, the JS console shows an error in the WP Admin… see attached screen shot.
It looks promising as an avenue of investigation.

#1 I had already done.
I just tried #2 and now it looks like the site is down after “too many redirects.” I now cannot access WordPress at all.

ParticipantThanks George, I downloaded/uploaded/activated and unfortunately we’re still getting the hanging. Any other suggestions? Is this something to do with our hosting, or our page template setup? I really appreciate your help.

ParticipantAfter spending hours on this today I have resolved issues # 2, 3, 4. Calendar is still hanging/buffering when anyone tries to click to the next month.

ParticipantI have now updated WordPress and Genesis to current versions. I am tempted to delete Events Calendar PRO and start over installing but I don’t know if the data that has been entered on it is tied to “The Events Calendar” which still seems to be functioning at the current version or if it is tied to “PRO.” I have backed up the data. I have seen the notes about not updating the free version without the pay version, but I’m trying to clean up a mess here that was generated by someone else. Please give me some suggestions about what to do next. Thank you.

I had momentarily deactivated PRO because it wasn’t working.
When I click the link to download PRO, it says I’ve already downloaded. I purchased a new license key yesterday.
The license key is showing up under The Events Calendar, but not under PRO.
When I click “Settings” under the PRO plug in it hangs, I get a gray screen, and this message:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I have admin-level access on WP. -
