Hi Cliff,

I’m sorry for the late reply, things have been crazy lately with deadlines, etc.
I have tried a couple of your suggestions with no luck, however I did find out more about the exact problem…

A user is logged in and using event page form. The venue name, address, city , postal code, phone fields are all visible.

A visitor to the site uses the form and is not logged in, these fields disappear. I have found display: none in-line and have attached an image. This could possibly be something I have done but for the life of me I cannot find where to adjust the code.

Hi Brook,

No problem at all. I’m sure this will help a lot of people in the future. The website I’m working on is going live very soon and unfortunately I had to use a different download plugin that was compatible with yours. I’m happy with the result.
