I attached an image which shows one of the events we have those issues with. It was created on March 20 this year.
Perhaps this helps you giving advice as to what we can do, to solve this problem.

just wanted to let you know, that we are pretty frustrated with your support. I dont get the feeling that you do everything possible to fix an obvious Bug on your Server-Side.
Funny, that it is a problem that only exists for customers of your most expensive licence…

CarstenAdding the Licence-Key was no problem. It is displayed as valid.
The Problem is your Backend-Service, that checks the licence, that responses with an error.
Please check and fix that.

your Backend-Server does not accept our (valid) Licence-Key. This shouldnt be a problem on our server-side. I tried the Download-Link that is used to download the file and the Error-Message is given from your server when trying to download the update.

i deleted the script via
wp_deregister_script( ‘tribe-gmaps’ );
but still: Is it excpected behaviour to load javascript from google, if it is not needed?

Hi András,
the cookie is called slimstat_tracking and i AM sure that you set it, because i intercept the cookie by filter if the user didn’t agree to our terms of service.
