    Hi Cliff,
I was using Chicago initially. I actually just figured this out though and it was of coarse the simplest thing ever. I just needed to have it set to use local timezones for each event instead of sitewide. Works perfectly. Thanks for both of your help.

Google calendar shows the times as 6 hours later.

I’m trying to add to google calendar from the single event page, so I’m not sure how to export?
I did however just try to change all my setting to UTC-6 which I think is Central Time. I live in the Houston area, but there is no Houston in the wordpress settings. Not sure why it has to be so confusing 🙂

Everything still shows correctly except for the google calendar:

I see you can’t paste the image link and then change the number. Such a mess, sorry. 6 and 7 below.

    6. And correct when exporting to ical:

I agree it’s strange, but here is the process I just attempted:
    1. Checked that my wordpress timezone is correct
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/1.jpg
    2. Checked that Events Calendar settings are set to sitewide:
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/2.jpg
    3. Checked that google calendar is set to same timezone as wordpress:
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/3.jpg
    4. Started a new event and set the times below:
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/4.jpg
    5. Event times show up correctly on page:
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/5.jpg
    6. And correct when exporting to ical:
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/6.jpg
    7. But when exporting to google, I get this:
    http://www.methic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/7.jpg
And when I click on the timezone it shows up correctly.

Nico, that’s MONEY! One more thing though. I get the same ugly login if a logged out user tries to access the list page. Any way to add that to the code?

Thanks Josh. I actually had that set correctly. I have posted a few new events and the time seems to work correctly except for the Google Calendar Export. It is posting everything 6 hours later. So my start time is 5AM and Google sets the start time to 2PM. I have google set to central time like everything else and the iCal seems to export correctly.

    Any ideas?

    More info:
I just updated to version 4.02 of Events Calendar, Pro and Community because I saw a lot of threads with time issues, but I am still having the same issue.

It seems times show up 6 hours too early. I have wordpress set to Chicago Time zone so I’m not sure if that helps with resolving my issue.
