sdepParticipantMy calendar page also disappeared. I reverted back to 4.0.7 and it works. Will you be fixing this?
Thanks!
August 24, 2015 at 10:32 am in reply to: Events Calendar Pro causing emails not to send in Formidable Pro #998483sdepParticipantUpdate!
I recieved an response from Formidable Forms support. The following is their response:
This doesn’t look like a conflict or related to the update. Emails can be very unreliable when you use a dynamic email address in the “from” box. It would be best to move that into the “reply to” box, and use an email address in the “from” box that you know works on your site.
Here are more suggestions you can follow, including installing an SMTP plugin.

Thanks!
August 24, 2015 at 8:15 am in reply to: Events Calendar Pro causing emails not to send in Formidable Pro #998433sdepParticipantHi,
1) This occurred after updating just our plugins? Or were there updates on both plugins that caused the conflict?
Yes, it happened after updating the Events Calendar.
2) Will the form emails work with just The Events Calendar activated and not PRO? Or does Core have to be deactivated as well?
I deactivated just the Events Calendar Pro and still no emails. I deactivated both the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro and emails send.
Thank you!
October 14, 2014 at 8:49 pm in reply to: Front page slider stops working with update from 3.3 #811471sdepParticipantWell, I have no idea what the problem was. I decided I needed to finally update to wordpress 4.0, and so with fingers crossed and backups ready I deactivated all my plugins and updated to 4.0. After that I activated the events calendar 3.8 , events calendar pro 3.8 and all my other plugins, one at a time. Holding my breath, I cleared my cache and checked my site to find all was working. I even did a second update to 3.8.1 a few hours later and it is still working! I’m guessing that Gabfire changed something in the last update or possibly another plugin in a recent update. Very glad to have your plugin working again! Thanks for sticking with me on this.
October 9, 2014 at 2:11 pm in reply to: Front page slider stops working with update from 3.3 #799345sdepParticipantWithout the PHP tag I had a long paragraph of code show up in the top of the page and when I opened an event, all that was on the page was the same paragraph of code. ??
October 9, 2014 at 10:11 am in reply to: Front page slider stops working with update from 3.3 #798991sdepParticipantTried the fix above (github). White screen of death! Gabfire does not respond to my emails. My support subscription had expired with them and before renewing it, I wanted to know if they could fix my problem. Not sure what to do. Change themes? Big hassle. I’m guessing that if I never update your plugin, my site will crash sooner or later.

Thanks for the quick reply! Not sure what you mean when you say ‘Does that answer still apply?’ I forgot about that thread. I was new to WP back then 🙂 I will try adding the snippet of code that was suggested and will get back to you.
Cheers,
StaceyBelow is from previous thread:
This appears to be a bug that shipped with our 3.2 release. As a first step, would you mind trying to resolve this by dropping this snippet into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/jazbek/7442734 (You’ll probably need to remove the opening PHP tag.)sdepParticipantJust added the code and all works! Will I have to add this same code next update?
Thanks!sdepParticipantI had same problem with Slider. Using 3.1 until next release. When will the new release be available?
Thanks!sdepParticipantThanks Michael!
sdepParticipantIf you don’t mind, can you tell me where to find the 3.1 version. I’m having similar problems and no one seems to be getting answers to their posts.
