That seems to have fixed it. I would like to thank you, Mathew, for your timely help and thank you András for your response.

I disable all the plugins and found one to be conflicting with the plugin. I just disable the plugin that was conflicting.

I did a work around by installing ACF plugin and creating a custom field called “sub menu”. I then copy the content from the default description field into the new ACF field.
