    I am also having the same issue as qnakano, with the same scripting error. Let me know if you need any other details.

    You know what, forget that second thread, and remove it from the system (burn it if you want). I did more searching and found a weird function that seemed to be freaking out with the plugin, as soon as I removed the function it started working.
    One thing I would like to know that kind of goes with both of these; is there a “custom post type” that could be called? I thought it would have been “tribe_events” but it doesn’t appear to be that easy.
    Thanks for all your help!

    That really, really helps! I always get confused going into the documentation, so I wasn’t sure what to do with that. I know it would take some work, but it would be great if at some point the documentation could have some examples in it? I feel that might help reduce some Support threads too!

    As for the second question, I created a thread here – https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/wpautop-remove-for-single-event/

    Thanks for your assistance!

    OK, I don’t know why, but it’s cutting off the first part – it’s the wp_nav_menu function of WP

    sorry

    'header-menu', 'menu_id' => 'nav', 'link_before' => '', 'link_after' => '' ) ); ?>

    I know WHAT is causing the issue, but I don’t know WHY:

    ‘header-menu’, ‘menu_id’ => ‘nav’, ‘link_before’ => ‘‘, ‘link_after’ => ‘‘ ) ); ?>

    in header.php will cause the Calendar to be unviewable. Please let me know if you know why this would happen, and I will see if I can call the menu somewhere else and fudge it into place

    So I did try disabling all the plugins, and nothing happened. Then I tried doing the debugging, but it wasn’t showing any errors. However, when I switched to Twenty Eleven, it did start working, so I am going to try to see what the difference between the two is, but thanks for your help so far and if you have any other ideas why that happened (so I can hopefully avoid it in the future) let me know!

    I just changed it to the ‘Default Page Template” and there is no change. I will leave it up for now, but let me know if there’s anything else I can try. Thanks again!

    Thanks Rob, let me know if you learn anything. Just wanted to let you know that I deactivated every plugin except for the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro plugins, and that didn’t fix anything; so I know it is not a plugin conflict

    Just to let you know, the “How to Completely Customize Widgets” tutorial broke the widgets section with the upgrade to 3.3 — the widgets page would load until it got to the “Custom Next Events” Widget, just something to note

    And just wondering, so we can pass it along to our client, what an ETA would be on 2.1? Thanks!

    I guess what I am trying to see is the following:

    Let’s say I am subscribing to the RSS feed through a feed reader. Is there a way that I can get the RSS feed to show the date of the event itself, and in order of when the events are.

    Mostly I am just thinking from a user’s perspective of the RSS feed: I think they would like to see events ordered from next event on, and the dates of said events. So, the frontend users being able to see event data and in chronological order is exactly what I would like.

    If it helps at all, I use Netvibes as my RSS feed collector.

    Thanks for all your help, I will be looking around for a quick fix, and will check back every so often.

    It’s a great plugin, and you guys have been an immense help!

    Sure thing Rob:

    I think I might have misrepresented the problem: is there a way for us to have the date of the event show up on that feed instead of the day published?

    You guys are the greatest! Sorry for the late response to this, work got in the way. That widget thing rocks, and works pretty darn well, although for some reason I can’t get it to call the image, but for the time being I have found a workaround and will dig into the code more when I get some time.

    I was wondering if there was any update on item #1? And also, I was wondering if you have noticed how when you view the rss feed of a recurring event, it shows the event as being on the first event day? In other words, I have a recurring event called “Teen Gaming”, and for the RSS feed, it shows every upcoming event as “11/29/2011”, even though it is supposed to be every 2 weeks.

    Let me know, and thanks again! You guys rock!
