Hello,

Yes, both staging and live are being hosted with WPEngine. The staging was easily deployed using WPEngine staging deployment feature so it is a complete copy of the live site.

I already have purge the caches in the site but still it didn’t fix the issue.

Yes, both staging and live site have the exact same Events Calendar Plugin version 4.6.18 & Events Calendar PRO 4.4.26.

I have now updated the events calendar and PRO plugin to the latest version but still the issue persist. I am also confused since the staging site is a full copy of the live site. Please help, thanks!

The issue seems to be fixed now. I have enclosed in comment a code that has been added in the template where it redirects a non-logged-in user to the login page.

Hello!

Additional info is that, when you viewed the events page in the live site as “List” you can see the events but if viewed as maps the loading icons is stuck. And I’ve also noticed that the maps doesn’t have the pins on it, this might be the one causing the problem? since in the staging site the pins are present on it.

Before I’ll do the troubleshooting, I would like to point-out that the site was using Ultimate Member plugin before but now we have deactivated and deleted it. This seems might have a connection with the issue regarding the redirection to a login page when a non-logged in user is trying to access the “http://bicyclist.xyz/events/community/add” page.

Hello!

I just deployed a staging site, but it seems that the events in the staging site is working okay (not stuck up with a loading icon). I haven’t yet tried switching to the default wordpress theme or deactivating plugins in the staging site since when I looked in the events page it is okay. The issue seems to be happening only in the live site.

OK, I added this to the

$pagedest = ‘20317’;

}

but doesn’t redirect.

We’re using the Ultimate Member plugin and it loads the correct login form, the issue is that the register button links to a page for base level members to register, but for adding events, we need to show the user a login/register page specific to the role that can add/edit events, a higher role.
