Thanks for your response. You can see an example of where we’re experiencing this issue here.
As our site is live and high-traffic we are not able to switch to a default theme at this time without experiencing many issues.
I looked at the documentation you sent but when I go to Events > Settings > Display I don’t see any of the options listed in the documentation, it only asks about a date picker format.
Any additional help is much appreciated.
