Hi Courtney,

Yes we have updated all the plugins and this is definitely not the issue. I have already pasted earlier ticket url and there I did all the steps and shared our system information.

Hi Jennifer,

I checked that but it does seem to be the one we need to modify for this issue.

Can you please let us know a rough date/ timeframe for the next update with this fix?
