I read previous threads concerning this and I thought this might have been fixed in the new releases. My theme has a habit of overwriting the functions.php so I found a plugin that still works with 3.8.1 and WooCommerce: WooCommerce – Autocomplete Order.
This seems to have resolved the issue. I found it after I posted the question, but I was hoping that there was a more direct solution without having to add yet another plugin.
Thanks. Impressed with the support!proimpactParticipant@Kelley
Duh! Sometimes it is the simplest of things that we overlook! I had the start date set for 4/1. Thanks for the assistance.
@cambuurculture, I just added the tickets following the video instructions and didn’t have any problems…. as long as you install the 3 plugins in the correct oder…. WooCommerce, Event Calendar (Pro) and then WooTickets. If you don’t install in the proper order, your “add tickets” will not show on the edit event page.proimpactParticipantActually, what I found was that you have a specific order that must be followed. Install WooCommerce First, Event Calendar (Pro) second and then the WooCommerce Tickets. The add a ticket function will appear.
However, there is still a bug in the at the event logo (ticket header doesn’t save). -
