    Hi Courtney,

I figured it out! The add event menu item was linked to a non-secure page (http) and the server didn’t automatically redirect the link to https. Consequently, when I would navigate to the form using the menu link, the ticket options would not appear, however, when I use the https link, ticketing options would no be available to me. I can’t believe something so stupid took me two months to figure out.

    Thanks for all your help!

    Tom

    Hi Courtney,

When you are logged in and you go to the account page, are you logged in as Courtney or Courtney2?

    https://www.photoeventsnw.com/my-account/

If you see Courtney2, then you are logged in as an administrator. When I am logged in using my administrator account, I can create tickets, but when I am logged in as a subscriber, I can only set an event price.

    Thanks!

    Tom

Before I had emailed you, I did clear my cache and browseign and I am using 3 different browsers to test functionality (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox). Going into incognito mode does not make any difference. This is strange.

    Hi Courtney,

When I log in as you (or any subscriber) I am not getting the same functionality as you. I am not able to add tickets: only an event price. (see attachment). Why would it not work that same way for me as it does for you when we are logged in as the same person? Weird.

    Hi Courtney,

Yes, both of those options are checked. Other thoughts?

    Thanks!

    Here is a screen shot:

I am only presented with an “event cost” field.

    Hi Courtney,

I have gone through the primer again and see nothing that I have missed in regard to Community Tickets setup. But, for some reason when I go to the Submit An Event Page, I do not see what you are seeing. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Courtney,

Thank you for getting back to me. I don’t understand. The link you sent me appears to be a picture of a ticket creation form. Cloudup seems to be a file sharing service like dropbox. Can you please send me specific instructions on how to create multiple ticket types? If I can accomplish that one task for now, my project can move forward. Thanks!

    Hi Courtney,

This is unfortunate. I purchased the Ultimate Bundle, and my entire project is based on the Community Events module. If this functionality does not exist, I will need to get a refund. I requested one a couple of weeks ago and never received a response or a refund.
