I set up a Yahoo mail account, did a test purchase and I received my tickets!!!!!
I will let you know if I have any more Yahoo customers who say they haven’t received their tickets.

PeterParticipantI’m not technical, and my knowledge is 0! But I’m not sure the assistance you gave was in response to my question. The problem I’m having is when someone uses a Yahoo account, they don’t receive an emailed ticket. If they used alternative email accounts then it works find.
PeterParticipantThanks, I’ll pass on your comments to the people who set it up for me, but I’m finding it incredibly frustrating no one has considered the 100% off scenario when developing the plugin.
