ParticipantHi Brook,
thanks for your feedback.
I thought about a) and b) as well, but found maybe already some solutions.Have a look here – I created a feature request and included some links to php code, which can be used as a basis:
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5422565-band-managementRegarding the band management:
has the development already started or is it still under review?Best regards,

ParticipantPS: at least the correct URL to the add/list-page has to displayed in the settings page within non-english systems. IMHO this is currently a bug 😉
Oliver
ParticipantHi Gadswil,
the problem is that with one of the lastet update the last part of the URL (/add, /list) is translated. This means when you are using a non-english translation this last part is translated to your language. I had the same with German.
@Modern Tribe Team:
I see two options to fix this:a) don’t include these two parts of the URL in the .po/.mo-files, so that the URL stays untouched
b) Add the capability in the settings screen to let the admin configure this part of the URL, like with the community slug:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/od6qvnkeozekh04/AAA7I4pvZG3zWyJiopYPHqY_a?dl=0Otherwise this is very confusing because the URL changes with the update but this is nowhere to see!
Best regards,
OliverPS: I would prefer option b)

ParticipantHi Nico,
I did the update on the testsystem, but there was not difference, in the detail view of the event the date is still displayed wrong.
But as it is only a displaying bug I will leave it now unsolved and just ignore it. It’s not worth the effort to search on.
Nevertheless thanks a lot for your help!

ParticipantThanks George! That sounds like a good solution.
I will try that the next days. Please leave the ticket open until then.

ParticipantOk, let’s do it like this – I’ll wait for the update!
Cheers,
OliverOliver
ParticipantThanks Nico!
I guess I will wait for the update 🙂
Have a nice weekend!

ParticipantHi Nico!
direct hit! 🙂
The date in the database is correct:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/0kw6vn24uai8x73/Screenshot%202015-09-03%2021.18.19.png?dl=0It is also correct on the frontend (I never tested this because it’s not logic …):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zc8gby767od7saz/Screenshot%202015-09-03%2021.19.22.png?dl=0But even after publishing the event it gets displayed wrongly in the event details in the backend:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/3w9g9otae8xn6qz/Screenshot%202015-09-03%2021.20.42.png?dl=0I see now two options:
A) If I replace the events calendar files (php, etc.) in the productive environment from the clean environment will this harm or manipulate the data? Is there stored any information, configuration, etc. inside the php-files?
(I would guess the logic resides in the php-files, but the data resides in the myQSL-DB)I could give this a try, because I think there is just something wrong within the php.
B) Looks like there is a new TEC version coming very soon. Will it replace ALL php-files or only the ones which changed? If it replaces all maybe it correct the problem “automatically”.
What do you recommend to do?
Best regards,
OliverOliver
ParticipantHi Nico!
the snippets for always displaying the “Merge Duplicates” button works great, thanks! 🙂
To solve the bug: in which file do I need to change the link?

ParticipantOK, I will check that out!
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Nico,
the sites are all in German.
I checked if the datepicker format is the same. It wasn’t but I changed it to the clean environment, but unfortunately they was no positive result.
If you like I can give you access to the test environment, where you can have a direct look at it.
Best regards,
