    This iPage’s answer to the license problem. See attached. We have now spent hours and hours on this problem for weeks and weeks. We need to get it resolved.

    Patricia: The instructions are from WPEngine host. Our host is iPage. I’m not a developer so am not qualified to do this. There has got to be an easier way. Can we cancel the account, get a refund, and then buy a new plugin — basically start over?

    All of the features and functions of the calendar available to us even if the license problem isn’t fixed? I’m trying to figure out the slug category so that the events will show up in different cateogries.

    Courtney: I have done all the testing as described in your reply and nothing comes up as a problem with the theme or other plugsins. I really feel that Modern Tribe needs to give us a new download and license key to get this going. Rebecca

    Yes, I deactivated all of the other plugins.

    I really don’t understand this because it seems like it is a Events Calendar problem with applying the license. I will go through all this but there has got to be a better, simpler way to solve this problem.
