ParticipantThis is getting so frustrating. So I updated te memberships before like instructed and posted that it didn’t change the discounted price. I did not, however, add a new event. Having tested this just now, it is not giving ANY discount to ANYONE whatso ever. Ack. I cant get this to work for the life of me and its be months!!!
I disabled all plugins and removed all custom functions, nothing fixed this problem

ParticipantHi Geoff, the original snippet was a while back, the most recent plugin updates were supposed to have fixed the bug completely. So the problem is more recent, since the last update. You did remind me I had an old snippet in the funtions.php and I went back and removed it but that didn’t help the situation. the front end is still showing a 20% discount even though I am not logged in as a member.

ParticipantWhat can I do to speed up this process? Can you point me in the direction of someone that can at least patch it for me for a fee? Im not the first to post this issue, or even the 2nd

Participanthonestly I have no idea what happened, Ive /**blocked out all my CSS**/
and still the whole location div is gone. I have no clue how it is no longer there but at this point, I am fine with it. Im tweaking over other incompatibilities with the Events Calendar and Woo products. This is the least of my problems. If it does pop back up, I’ll post again. thanks for the reply!August 19, 2016 at 3:15 pm in reply to: Problem with Event Tickets Plus & WooCommerce Members Discounts #1153873James Rosnack
ParticipantHow is this going? The quick fix in functions isn’t working anymore. This is really really killing me. I built an entire site around the memberships, event calendar and ticket sales. The fact that it doesnt work totally freaks me out because I will have to dump one of these things and redo all of it again. Thats thousands of dollars of hourly billing that I wont be able to charge for. Uggg. the thought of that makes me twitch.
What is it gonna take to get this fixed? Is there any techs willing to work to fix MY problem for a fee since we have no time frame of fixing this (or the RSVP / Tickets bug) anytime soon????

Participantthanks for the help!

Participantok I enlisted the hel of someone smarter than me. I will post it here as Im sure others might want to do this.
Add this inside your loop that calls for your posts
<?php if(get_post_type() === 'tribe_events') { get_template_part( 'single-templates/blog-1-column/event', get_post_format() ); } else { get_template_part( 'single-templates/blog-1-column/blog', get_post_format() ); }of course you will want to change your get_template tags to what ever it is your theme is using.

ParticipantHi Andres, I appreciate the help! To be honest, my level of PHP is more at a copy and past level 🙂
any suggestions on what I might actually put in there?James Rosnack
Participantweek? month? year? Im supposed to have this site live in a week or two, I worry that without the RSVP option working, I may not have this completed in a timely manner.
Disregard the last post, it was meant for another support ticket on a different tab in my browser. I couldnt figure out how to delete it so I just re-editied it to remove the original text.
