So I would agree with your response however if you minimize your desktop screen to the size equivalent to a phone screen, you will see the fields that need to be completed so a person can RSVP by using the link I provided in any web browser. i don’t believe this is a plugin conflict because i have used RSVP recently and it worked fine. please use the link: http://www.naobidc.org/backtoblackweekendtickets/, resize your window and then you will see the fields that don’t appear when it’s at full screen.

March 1, 2017 at 4:43 pm in reply to: Remove/hide the short secription column on an event page #1248076Kymiel StandiferParticipant1) Yes that is the field I am referring to. THey are empty on the ticket portion (the rsvp column can remain as is.
I have read the themers guide but it was not clear to me on how to follow, so I don’t have a child theme. Even with that being said, I still don’t understand how to edit the ticket portion because I don’t see any code when I go to the code view of the page. So how would I remove this additional row. I don’t mind it being removed permanently in the main avada theme.

November 19, 2016 at 5:57 am in reply to: Attendee info (name, email, etc) not saving when customer adds it to tickets #1194836Kymiel StandiferParticipantHaving the same issue as I clarified in the other threads. I hope this is fixed soon but can there be some clarification on where these snippets go? I’m a little lost
November 19, 2016 at 5:50 am in reply to: When removing an item from woocommerce cart, how do they select which attendee? #1194834Kymiel StandiferParticipantAgain I share the same sentiments as Mike because having the option to add attendee info but unable to edit or see the information afterwards is incomplete functionality. There should be a fix for this and not categorized as a nice to have or a bug. This is holding up a conference launch that I am currently working on because we have several different conference options so if they select more than one ticket they will need confirmation on what they purchased.

I am not as programming savvy as the other user but I can follow clear directions.
The biggest issues with this plugin are
1) Can see the attendee fields in the cart, checkout, confirmation email to attendees2 Can’t update cart properly if user decides to press the back button after selecting Ticket option and the information previously entered is lost. Agreed should go straight to checkout or provide better functionality. Converting to read only doesn’t provide a viable solution.
Since converting to read only is my only option at this time can you please provide clarity on where these snippets go
