On the bottom right of each page of the site, it says WordPress 4.8, and there are no updates for WordPress listed that I can see. So from what I can tell, it is up to date.
JosieParticipantHey Courtney,
I’ve run all of the updates, including WordPress and both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro. But I’m still not able to import the Facebook events I added last week.
JosieParticipantThanks Courtney,
I’ve added 5 or 6 upcoming events to our Facebook page this morning. So there should be a new batch that could be imported.
JosieParticipantI have The Events Calendar Pro installed and just recently I also installed
the Event Aggregator; when I did my first Facebook import, the Aggregator
pulled 21 new events from Facebook. But when I went to go check on those events, the Calendar on my website
wasn’t loading properly – a description of one event loaded instead of the
whole calendar. Any idea as to why this is happening? When I’ve tried
running the import again, I get the same result. Any ideas?JosieParticipantThis reply is private.
JosieParticipantAdditionally, if there is a way to communicate via phone or even just email, it would be greatly appreciated. The forum system has not proven helpful.

JosieParticipantThanks for getting back to me. So, what I’ve found is this: when I switched
back and forth between “Display Page Default” and “Display Event Default”
in the Settings>Display tab and nothing happened. After that, I deleted the
events that had been imported from Facebook, the calendar still wasn’t
appearing correctly. But, after the events were deleted, I switched again
between “Display Page Default” and “Display Event Default.” This brought up
our regular calendar sans the events I just deleted. So it seems to be an
issue with the actual import of events? Any advice here? Otherwise I’ll
just try and get my money back for the Event Aggregation extension and do
things the slow way. -
