    Josh, I have requested a refund per your instructions. The license that I paid for per the receipt is this one: f9d30bdeed2371c7984c5a70c22ab17fd4912dce

    Attached is a screenshot from my order confirmation/receipt, in case it would help.

    Now can you make sure I have an active license per your email down below, as it looks like the license number is still the same as on the receipt (f9d30bdeed2371c7984c5a70c22ab17fd4912dce)? Thanks!

    I found the file in the directory and have deleted it and was able to reinstall Events Calendar plug in. Now to reinstall the Pro version and see if I can find the events that were lost when I updated to 3.8.1 and the calendar stopped working….

    I have the same problem, but I don’t find the Events Calendar Directory in the Plugins directory in the CPanel. Should I delete Events Calendar Pro from the WordPress Plugin within my site?
