Hi Jennifer,
The instructions that you gave me, wiped out our website and I had to call
our developer to help me. I got through all of the steps of “Test if there
is a conflict” and the tickets did not even show up in the event page. I
activated the Easy Digital Downloads and then was able to see the tickets,
but not purchase them. When I went to change our theme back to normal, it
wiped out the site to complete white pages.
All of our plugins are updated and we are using the following plugins:
Event Calendar PRO
Event Tickets PRO
Easy Digital Downloads
Easy Digital Downloads – Stripe Payment Gateway
So here is the catch, when I am signed into the back end of our website, I’m
able to go through the whole purchase process. But when I’m signed out of
the site and use the site as a guest, the ticket does not carry to checkout.
Would you be able to call me and assist by remotely logging in? Or at least
to walk me through trying something different?
