    This happened to me, also, I have asked for the expired license to be
    deleted. I was told since the duplicate license I automatically and
    mistakenly paid for had expired and was no longer eligible for a refund. Now
    I get another notice and if I did not recognize the issue I might have paid
    for it again whether I needed it or not. I wonder how many thousands of
    people have received notices and ended up duplicating their licenses without
    knowing they were throwing money away. Really like the program, but this
    glitch in your registration process needs to be fixed.

    You are right. Somehow, the plug in was lost…. reinstalled and we’re up
    and running. Thanks!

    Here’s what we’ve got: Events Calendar and Events Calendar Shortcode. We’ve
    had some issues lately with our computer. is it possible I have to
    reinstall/download Community Events?

    OK, thanks. I tried both the standard solution — which didn’t work, and the optional solutions under settings. The onliy one that gave me comments is the AUTHORS style. I’d like it fine except it appears above the comments relevant to the event I opened. Of course, if I could do away with the authors, it would be what I expected…
