ParticipantSo, are you saying that since your plug-in is having conflicts with the googlemaps API that it is affecting other parts of the suite? That doesn’t really make sense to me, but I was never able to sufficiently get my maps question answered by staff…kind of a “theme.”

ParticipantI have no new insight. I have tried to add additional lines to dequeue the maps function, removed the stats script, jquery, etc. All of the other maps I have work with my theme. So, I will accept a refund if your team is unwilling to help me with actually getting this plugin to work. It is a shame.

ParticipantNot that I am expecting you to help at this point, but perhaps you can add it to your logs. I can’t get the main map listing to load at all now even in twenty-twelve.

ParticipantI have disabled Googlemaps API in the theme and inspection found no issues with multiple instances of API. Both versions of Events/Events PRO are 3.9. Broken plugin.

ParticipantYou guys are great writers, actually. Unfortunately, I just need my map fixed. This is pointless. You just expended plenty of energy writing a dissertation when you might have just popped in and taken a look. I will figure this out on my own if you are so unwilling to have someone offer a personalized experience that might take all of 15 minutes. Thanks, anyway.

ParticipantI really just wish you guys could invest a little time and take a look for yourselves. I have gone around on this and am seeking that investment from your end, ie. customer service, that comes with releasing a quality product.

ParticipantMy PRO will not update to 3.9 though I updated the Calendar regular platform to 3.9. What gives?

ParticipantThe map broke on update from 3.8 to 3.8.1 of the Calendar plugin. There has not been an update to the theme. I am just trying to get one of your techs to help me out. Again, I will give you full privileges to get in and take a look since you know your plugin better than I do. Can that happen? These back and forths on the forum aren’t really solving anything unless you can give me a solution in the form of a code snippet. I just need answers and real support on this.

ParticipantHere’s the thing. It worked before the update which means that something changed in terms of your plugin which broke it. That kind of puts the ball in your court. Is there anything you can do to help with support of this thing? I’m just looking to have your team help figure out what has broken this plugin. I will give you admin credentials to do so, just reply to me via email and I will make it so.
