I did a bunch of research and ended up coming up with a solution to the issue. Using the built in events calendar REST API, I created a simple plugin that loads events from any site containing The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe. It’s absolutely perfect for my needs.

An example of this running as a simple shortcode on my blog can be found here:

I turned off JetPack Comments and now it works.

Ok, i decided to go with the photo view but now I can’t get the background for the details to be transparent. I made the tribe-events-pro.css in the folder tribe-events/pro per your themer’s guide and still no luck, please help!

Thanks for helping. This works for single event view, but how do I make this work for list view?
