Thanks Cliff.
Resubmitting the API connection seemed to do the trick. I appreciate the quick response.
Cheers!
Dan KoblerParticipantI rebooted Chrome and ran an update and that seems to have fixed the issue on my side. I am also able to edit the prices and see the prices being correctly summed up.
My only other question would be for users who may be using similar browser configurations that may get errors when adding to cart. At this point, it seems like it may be an isolated incident, but we would like to make sure that people trying to buy the tickets are not getting error messages.
Any suggestions or solutions you could provide would be great.
Thank you!
Dan KoblerParticipantOK. I was able to get the Add to Cart to work when using Firefox and not logged in even with all plugins and themes re-activated. I am still having the same issue in Chrome on Mac, even when not logged in and the plugins deactivated and 2016 theme.
Seems like it could just be a Chrome issue?
Thanks for your help.
Dan KoblerParticipantCan’t you just go to the link I provided and do it yourself? Unless you have already done so and you aren’t getting the same issue…

Add “1” to any of the ticket types, fill out required information and click “Add to Cart”
If you don’t see the error, then I’ll do the screencast.
Thank you.
