Hi Barry,
Please don’t close this thread yet, I first need a green light from my client before I start the testing. I’ll keep you posted!
Marlies
marliesParticipantThe site was an exact copy, only content was added after copying… the plugins are all the same, the site is identical. Only one plugin added later on, WP google analytics. I deactivated that one just now, and the problems persists…
Please, is there something else we could try? My clients is saying we need another event plugin if this problem persists… but I am still convinced your plugin is the best one. Please help!
Thanks!
marliesParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for your reply. I first made the whole site on my own domain name, and I just checked it, and it still works perfectly, with correct date/time if I create a new event. However, it is not working correctly on its own domain… This tells me that it cannot be the theme or the plugins or the filter hooks, because they are all similar on both domains.Any suggestions?
marliesParticipantI have a modification of the place where Wootickets is displayed (implemented a code you gave me), but I don’t think that’s the problem. It used to work, and apparently in some cases it is still working (says my client). Do you need the FTP or wordpress login maybe?
marliesParticipantHi Barry,
My client says she will make a new event later this week, so a little bit more patience is needed 🙂 I’ll get back to you asap! thanks so much!
marliesParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for your reply. Hmm that’s probably because the event has currently ended. I will get back to you asap when my client has added a new event, probably today or tomorrow, and send you the link. Thanks!
Marlies
marliesParticipantHmm yeah all the email settings are correct. I believe I cannot get support from Woothemes, unless I buy something from them… I can log in, but I cannot do anything else…
Yeah, I tried that solution of the autocomplete from skyverge, but that didn’t work either… Maybe that’s not working on the new Woocommerce version?
August 14, 2013 at 6:24 am in reply to: Is it already possible to display date in PDF ticket? #60385marliesParticipantThanks! I totally missed that 🙂 glad it is working now 🙂
marliesParticipantThanks! That worked 🙂
marliesParticipantOk short update: it is working now! The problem was an unconfirmed email address with paypal… needless stress! 🙂 Thanks!
marliesParticipantHmm unfortunately all of the options of virtual/downloadable don’t work:
– Both virtual & downloadable checked
– virtual checked
– downloadable checkedActually… I set it back to default (well I unchecked ‘virtual’ and ‘downloadable’), and even then I don’t get a confirmation AND the buyer doesn’t get a confirmation. This used to be working. You can check it on the test version of the original site here: vlindermedia.nl/clients/infocus/courses
marliesParticipantOk I found where I can set a product to both virtual and downloadable. However, unfortunately now I don’t even receive an email saying I’ve received an email. And when I check the orders, the order is there, but it says ‘pending’. Only when I click ‘Complete’, then it sends me the order confirmation and the costumer the ticket. Any ideas? Is this because of sandbox test mode?
It is rather important for my client to receive an update as to whether she’s received an order or not. So it’s kind of crucial 😉 Plus it would be great if the order was automatically marked as complete and the ticket was sent. Not happening still…
marliesParticipantHi Barry, thanks for your reply. Is there some special setting I have to check for that? Right now I only tested in Sandbox mode so maybe that’s the problem? I have “Grant access to downloadable products after payment” checked.
In other words: how to set a product to both virtual and downloadable?
Thanks!marliesParticipantThanks again for your help, Barry! Do you have any idea when this next release will be ready?
marliesParticipantGreat! I hope you can solve it 🙂 Thanks!
