Hi,
We get this same problem. Using the tab and enter keys work – thanks for the tip. However, it looks like this is a bug that needs to be corrected.macymiddParticipantI hadn’t tried that yet.
Just deactivated WooTickets and got the same 404 error when I clicked on the products – and I created a new test product while WooTickets was deactivated and got the 404 error as well. Thanks so much for your time on this – I appreciate it. Will defer to WooThemes.
Thanks again.macymiddParticipantDone. New product named “Test Product.”
macymiddParticipantI have deactivated the Gift Certificate plugin, so all of these products are just simple WooCommerce products.

The styling is messed up – but here you go. You can add to cart, but you can’t click on the actual product.
macymiddParticipantMaybe, but the problem exists even when I have that plugin disabled.
Here’s a regular WooCommerce product – http://thetexaswineschool.com/product/gift-certificate-240
And a WooTicket product – http://thetexaswineschool.com/wine-class/wine-tasting-class-blind-tasting
macymiddParticipantHey Barry – Gift Certificates Pro is an add-on, so you create a product like normal through WooCommerce, then select an option within the post that says “enable gift certificate.” However, I get a 404 error when I create the product with gift certificate option enabled, AND I get a 404 error when the gift certificate plugin is deactivated and I am just trying to create a regular WooCommerce product.
macymiddParticipantHi Barry,
Okay, I did what you asked and I didn’t get a 404 error like before, but the product did not show up as it’s own post. Rather, the product URL pointed me to basically a blog page.macymiddParticipantI can’t create a new WooCommerce product (aside from WooTickets events) with or without the plugin activated.
macymiddParticipantHey Jonah –
I got it to work fine, thank you for your help.
Is there a way to only show the first date of the recurring event? I am setting up classes that meet several times, so I only want the first class to show up in the list (because students can’t sign up if it has passed).
Let me know!macymiddParticipantYep. I will try that. Thanks!
macymiddParticipantHi Jonah,
I tried the second option – updating my theme’s function.php and the list.php that is located in my themes event directory. However, I got a fatal error: unable to find EventListOrganiser class in list.php. I added that bit of code to my theme’s function file – so I’m not sure why it’s not picking it up. Any thoughts?
Also, regarding the 1st option – where would I add this code? To my theme’s function.php file?
Thanks!
Macy
macymiddParticipantThat worked perfectly. I really appreciate your prompt response. Thank you!
macymiddParticipantThat worked. Thanks so much Barry!
