    Jeff,

This is an old website. It’s working on PHP version 5.2. Is there any possible conflict with changing to version 5.4?

Having GoDaddy upgrade the php memory limit to 512, max input variables to 3,000 and max executions to 300.

Hopefully that, along with updating to 5.4 which I can do, resolves the issue.

    Thanks, K

I checked with GoDaddy thinking I had to add memory and I couldn’t find the code line the error directed me to. They gave me a link for ini files that I don’t understand at all. (php initialization file)

I don’t have any caching plugin – that I know of.

The Events Calendar Pro plugin has been working fine for 2 years. Could it have something to do with a recent update?

Thanks for assistance. This is a very busy time of year and we need the calendar! K

Yes, my apologies. Leah responded earlier today to my inquiry and I’ve been busy updating the calendar and the site. I thought I had entered a recurring event through December but when I checked, for some reason it only showed January. Maybe it was because I had to renew the license? May it’s because I’m stupid 🙂

You guys are the greatest. Thanks for following up, K

Started recreating sidebar boxes and it seems the code fix did work – except not on the calendar page which I can live with.

Thanks for your help and patience, K

Found coding (DUH), copied and replaced with ‘new’ code.

    Did not resolve my problem.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Sorry for delay in my response but I’ve been in meetings.

Yes, the forum addresses my problem.

Where do I find the code that needs to be replaced?

    And/or where can I download version 3.9?

All my sidebar widgets no longer exist. I have to go back and recreate at least half the site.

    Karen
