    Performed all the updates today and the tickets didn’t disappear. Everything is working now, Thanks for your help and Happy Holidays!

    Thanks for updating the link. The update now shows up. I performed the update from 4.0 to 4.0.2 and the event still shows and the tickets disappear. Did the same thing again, removed the 4.0.2 update and reinstall 4.0 ticket plus and the tickets show back up again.

    Not sure how to do the manual update. I deactivated the events ticket plus 4.0 plugin then deleted it. Then uploaded the events ticket plus 4.0.2 plugin and activated it. Looked at my event and the tickes no longer show up.

    So reinstalled 4.0 and my tickets show up again in the event.

    How do I update the plugin?

    Thanks for your response. I’m using an iPhone and using Safari as my web browser. My problem was in the Safari Settings. I had it set to Block Cookies. Once I changed the Cookie setting to Always Allow, the qr scan check in worked. Thanks You so much.
