Thanks for your reply and sorry I’ve not be clearer in my request.
In my particular events there are 3 ticket types.
Basically just want to be able to edit the names they enter on their tickets – and also have that information appear on the tickets we send out. This information is taken from the custom ticket fieldset I have created as you see in screen dump below.
This is part of new functionality but only for ‘users’ who have created an account. As an administrator can’t I access all of this information? Where is it kept?
I’ve sent the above to our developer to try out. Thank you.
