Thanks Geoff.

I followed your instructions and deactivated them in the following order:

-The Events Calendar: No Event 404s
-The Events Calendar PRO
-The Events Calendar Category Colors
(I tested after this and the site was still loading fine)
-The Events Calendar
(I tested after this and got the blank screen again)
