ParticipantHi Tony,
Ahh, glad to hear you sorted that out.
On the Event List button, do you just want to change the text?

ParticipantHi Larry,
Are you seeing the issue on another site besides http://www.friendsafterdiagnosis.com because that site looks fine in IE9 and the site in your screenshot looks different.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantThanks for the offer Leland, we appreciate your support!

ParticipantHi Michael,
This is a bit outside what we can help you with as it involves theme customizations but essentially that is your theme’s sidebar that is displaying the page links below the plugin output. I’ll do what I can to point you in the right direction but you may need to hire help if you cannot figure it out.
First, try changing the template in Events > Settings > Template. If that doesn’t work you’ll need to use a combo of CSS and possibly PHP to reconfigure how the event related pages look in your theme.
I hope that helps!

ParticipantHi Tony,
Unfortunately not. You’ll need to play around with the CSS to get it working the way you want.
Good luck,

ParticipantHi Jeffrey,
I’ve gone ahead and added a ticket for us to take a look at this. No guarantees as to when it will be addressed as we have lots of other things on our plate. You could try contacting the Visitor Maps plugin authors as well to see if they know what’s going on.

ParticipantHi Tony,
Sorry to hear it’s not resolved. Do you need to use the ECP templates? It’s probably something to do with using the ECP templates, the wrappers used by the CSS in your theme templates are not present. You can do a few things to remedy this:
1. Switch to using the ECP templates and modify your CSS to apply whatever styles need to be applied to get the proper text color/background or other styling.
2. Switch to using the ECP templates and add the necessary wrappers in the before & after HTML in the ECP template settings or add them to the template files themselves.
I hope that helps!

ParticipantOk, everything looks ok in the admin. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and/or reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme? We need to try this to rule out plugin or theme conflicts.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantThat is strange. Can you send me WP admin access so I can take a look at things? Email to pro [at] tri [dot] be and reference this thread please. Also, have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if maybe one of them is causing this?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Fergus,
Reverting themes should only take a few minutes and its mainly just to figure out whether the theme is the issue or not. Did you try deactivating all other plugins?

ParticipantHi Tony,
You can try overriding the height set for the iframe with the following CSS:
.eventbrite-ticket-embed iframe {
height: auto !important;
}
I hope that helps!– Jonah

ParticipantHi Jeffrey,
Did you setup any recurrence pattern for this event?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Larry,
I viewed your website and the pop ups look ok to me in IE9. Do you have a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing so I can get a sense of what you’re talking about.
Thanks,
Jonah -
