ParticipantMore, specifically, to create a list of past events. I thought the Pro version would allow me to do that. I noticed a lot of people have asked for that in your forums but it’s never been done. It would be really useful. The organization I’m working for want an easy way to archive their events once they’ve passed.

ParticipantThanks! I was hoping to be able to use short codes to generate event listings, but it turns out that didn’t work for me.

ParticipantThanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the Events Calendar Pro doesn’t do what I hoped it would do for me, so I don’t need the license. Would you be able to refund me for the licensed and disable the license for PEO Mississauga?

ParticipantHunter,
I’ve upgraded to PHP 7 and run through your Testing for Conflicts Guide yet again. The problem persists.
I also installed The Events Calendar on my own site which is also on PHP 5.5.9 and it appears that this feature works fine in the older version of PHP, so it must be something else. Any other ideas, since we’ve ruled out PHP, Plug-in conflicts, and theme conflicts. Is there any restriction on the number of Event locations that can be saved?

ParticipantHunter,
Another update…
At your recommendation, I’ve tried every previous version of The Events Calendar that is available for download and the problem persists with all of them. Any other ideas?
I also tried using Chrome’s inspect tool but didn’t see any errors when I updated the page.
Anyone else having this problem? I really need this to work again.

ParticipantHunter,
Just to confirm, I ran through all of the instructions in your Testing for Conflicts Guide before I opened this ticket and am still getting the error with no other plug-ins running.
I have enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG in the wp-config file.
I’ll try to install a previous version of your plug in to see if that solves the problem temporarily, but will likely need more help from you on this.

ParticipantThanks for your response, Hunter.
I’ve replicated my site in a staging area to test. I’ve turned off all
plug-ins other than Events Calendar (4.3.5) and I’ve switched the theme to
2014 as per instructions in opening a ticket. Here’s the process to replicate the problem:
– Go to Events
– Open the event in question
– Scroll down to Location
– Select a Saved Venue from the dropdown list (or create a new venue
altogether)
– Update the pageThe Saved Venue I’ve chosen (or the new Venue I’ve added) is not saved and
I end up with a blank form under location. My system information is below.I’d like to send you my system info in a private reply. How do I do that?
