ParticipantHi Josh,
We tried that along with a million other ideas – deleting and re-adding with a different username/email address, only using the generated password, deleting/reinstalling etc. It would work one minute and not the next. We finally have it functioning, no clue how or why, but I will take it!
Thanks for your help,
Jessica

ParticipantThanks George! It’s not vital, it would just be a nice addition. I’ll just hope it is a feature that gets added down the road.

ParticipantI messed with the suggestion for a while and didn’t have any luck. I found the meta database and modified the Administrator data so that they can see everything including Attendees, but it didn’t work. What makes this issue confusing is that it is only a problem for certain Admins, not all. I suppose I can try to install a different user role plug in to see if that can resolve the issue?

ParticipantHi Brook, thanks for your help. When you say 5 tickets do you mean in a single order or across all orders? The most purchased at one time was 2 tickets, but yes, overall 7 tickets were sold. However, I’ve had this same issue in other events where only a single ticket has been purchased. If I edit the ticket, say to change the description, do I need to also edit the stock to reflect the current number of available tickets?

ParticipantBy Ticket meta feature to clarify you mean under the attendee list, either on the site or emailed/downloaded, have the column or ability to also see the actual date and time of the event those people bought a ticket for…
This seems like a no-brainer/extremely necessary for a company selling tickets of any kind using your plugin does it not?Jessica
ParticipantThat is great. Fingers Crossed!
