ParticipantThank you! That information is perfect.
rachel
ParticipantIt is the ticket cost information at the bottom of the event pages. Here is one of the pages.

ParticipantI looked through the knowledgebase and support threads but can’t find any information about hiding the ticket information on the individual event pages. What is the css code to hide ticket or just the ticket price information at the bottom of the event pages? See attached screen shot.

ParticipantThis custom code worked but it is also pulling “hidden” ticket info from the store as well. We have discounted tickets that are hidden from our store and accessible only through direct link. But the ticket plugin is pulling that data into the individual event pages. Is there a way to remove that information as well through css?

ParticipantYes, the individual items are auto hidden in our store list, but we have then pulled the hidden ticket listings under a group name in our store so they appear as location options. We have an event that takes place in different locations and so the tickets are pulled into WooCommerce as location options under the main header. Here is a link in our store.

We want to keep this setup in our store, but have it auto remove the locations once that event has passed. Is there a way to do this automatically or will we need to delete them from the store completely once the event has passed?

ParticipantTo clarify:
1) When someone purchases an event a full correct ticket is sent via email.
2) However, when someone purchases a non-event, normal product like a book in the store it is also sending an email titled “ticket” but the email is completely blank.
We have an email system already set up to email customers. Is there a way to turn off or disable these “ticket” emails completely?
