ParticipantI noticed everything was working fine with the same errors on our demo site: http://www.old.815life.com/events/. The only different between the demo site is that it was running The Events Calendar Pro Version 3.12. The live site was using 3.12.1. I disabled The Events Calendar Pro on the live site and it solved the problem. As a next step, I deleted it and uploaded Version 3.12. The problem still occurred. Therefore, I currently have The Events Calendar Pro disabled on the live site. What do I need to do to ensure that all the 3.12.1 files are gone completely so that I can try 3.12 again?

ParticipantHi Nico,
I was able to resolve the issue. It looks like having code above the doctype was causing the problem. We are using W3 Total Cache. The code showing up above the doctype declaration was being generated by the ‘minify’ option on W3 Total Cache. I have disabled the ‘minify’ option and this resolved the issue.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Nico,
Updating the plugin to Version 3.11.1 did not solve the problem. I also noticed that Firefox shows a different layout than Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Is that normal? Could you send me a list or screenshot of the JS errors you are referring to? The only JS error I’m showing in the debugger is the one in reference to Google Maps API.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Nico,
We were able to resolve this using correct dates.
Thanks!

ParticipantI just noticed that if I go to ‘Events’ the ones that were imported are showing a date, but not a year. I will have our team look at the file they uploaded. I will get back to you next week to let you know if that was the issue.

ParticipantHi Nico,
I was able to test with ACF disabled and that didn’t make a difference. I think I’ve identified the trigger. The day view works correctly for manually entered events. However, it doesn’t show any events that we’ve imported. Is there a quick fix for this or will we have to manually create them all?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Nico,
I put back the files that I removed to removed the JS errors after I confirmed that it wasn’t the problem. I’ve deactivated all the other plugins besides Advanced Custom Fields, which is needed for our site. Still had the problem. I am not at liberty to change our theme. We are using Enterprise Pro by Studio Press on the Genesis framework.
As far as I can tell, it was never working.

ParticipantHi Nico,
I show 2 JS errors, one for the search2.js file and one for loading Google maps api twice. I removed the search script and disabled the plugin that was causing the second google maps load. After clearing cache and refreshing, I confirmed there were no JS errors on the page. The problem still persists. What else could cause this problem?
