    Hola Víctor,

    Pasamos al español entonces.

we will need you to provide us all the information we ask. Please copy and paste all your system information (in a private reply if you’d like) so we can be aware of your site’s settings and specifications.

¿A qué te refieres exactamente? ¿Qué información necesitas?

What type of server is your site on? is it a shared server, VPN? Could you give us the link to the hosting provider and the plan you are currently in?

Estamos solos, pero ya no nos aumentan más el plan de hsting. Webempresa nos ha dicho que tenemos que arreglar el problema con vuestro plugin que genera tantas querys.

Do you have any customizations going on your site? like a custom snippet that performs a certain task like this one > https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/f8102153d93cb2fdd5cd3ed21e321086#file-tribe-filter-limits-org-ven-php

Ni idea. No sé a qué te refieres con esto. Es algun filto para generar menos querys?

Muchas gracias por tu tiempo, Víctor.

Quedo a la espera de tu respuesta.

    Un abrazo desde España.

    Miguel

    Hi Victor,

Problems begins when we try to add a new venue. It is impossible. After a few minute we get to post the venue and we mark publish: 503 again.

We have 3188 posts and 18.385 venues.

We are alone now in the server. We can’t climb services. Next step is being fired of server.

    We are desolated.

    Hi George.

I understand that the price of the support for The Events Calendar Pro plugin doesn’t include code customization, but at least we expect to have more info about the way the plugin works. We’ve have send you specific data about the conflictive querys in The Events Calendar Pro plugin and we only demand some clues to review them and try to optimize ourselves, as far as Modern Tribe support isn’t enough when you have a serious problem with The Events Calendar Pro plugin.

It seems, as you write this post in your blog (https://theeventscalendar.com/some-favorite-features-in-the-upcoming-4-0-release/), that you are aware of the developement of the new release. After reading this post, apart from some esthetic changes, there’s no mention to query optimization. Can your assure me the 4.0 release of The Events Calendar plugin will optimize querys? Even more, we’re at release candidate, when will be launched the final version of The Events Calendar plugin?

If you can’t tell me about these questions, please, tell me who to ask or where to get the right info.

After all these days, the performance issues The Events Calendar Pro plugin seem to be quite hard to solve with the support you give. My client and I are quite dissapointed.

I insist, could you give us specific data to optimize the querys? The problems with The Events Calendar Pro plugin come when the amount of events and venues is big. You have all the technical data and, as you recommend in other threads, we have a “power server”.

I hope not to get to this point, but just in case, how can we get the payment of The Events Calendar Pro refunded?

    Regards.

    Hi again.

The problem came from a conflict in memory limits defined by other configurations in WP instalation.
If it’s useful to anyone, turning off the ini_set function in PHP configuration made it.

Disclaimer: Don’t try this at home if you don’t have a reilable hosting provider 😉

    Regards.

The memory issue is being solved with our hosting provider, but now we have detected another problem.

With all the plugins deactivated and the twentyfourteen theme activated, the Tribe events settings page (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tribe-events-calendar) is blank and fatal errors like these are registered:
[22-Oct-2015 09:30:48 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /home/—–/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2258

We think it’s not just a javascript conflict.
    Please, any clue?

Setting the debug log in wp-config, we have found this error when loading for case 1 (Editing o creating events):

[22-Oct-2015 07:34:12 UTC] The Events Calendar Log: Iniciando Tribe Events en Oct, 22nd at 07:10:12 am
[22-Oct-2015 07:34:13 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /home/laguiago/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2258

Is it normal that neccesity of memory? If not, how to fix it?

    Thanks for your response.
I have changed to twentyfourteen theme and switched off all the plugins except events-calendar and e.c.pro, but both problems persists. So, no clue how to identify what is happening.
    Any other idea?

    Muchas gracias Nico.

    https://www.ovh.es/hosting/hosting-performance.xml
OVH.es – Plan Performance (plataforma aislada):
    – CPU: 1 vCore(s)
    – RAM: 2 GB

    Ok, Brian.
So if the terms don’t allow you, which is the way to get any info or any customization done? We thought once we paid for the support we’ll have some 😉 May be the Events Calendar Pro license isn’t what we need?

We’ll accept any suggestions due to the lack of information.

    Regards.
