ParticipantIt seems that the problems are related to the last version (3.10) of events calendar and events calendar pro. I was trying also with defaults wp theme, I did a clean install on a test server and problems are the same. Now I use 3.9.3 version of both plugins and everything work just fine

ParticipantI reactivated my theme and tried to duplicate the problem (no access to google calendar), I am able to access the calendar BUT, now shortcode is appearing on my event post page. This is a new issue and was not present b4 starting (step 1 – Finding the source of a conflict)???
Help please…innergy4every1
ParticipantThanks for your response and the direction. Following the troubleshooting advice I am now at least able to access MY personal Google Cal and the event does post there but, in the description it is posting with shortcode in the description.
ex:
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][heading style=”def” heading=”NEED TO KNOW” firstword=”yes” dotted=”yes” paddingtop=”0″ paddingbottom=”5″][vc_column_text]Early registrations will have opportunity for a FREE fitness assessment.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
I have not gone any further as yet with the tutorial b’cause the problem was I could not even access the calendar. Have access now, but I know it should not display with shortcode, especially since ALL plugins are still de-activated.
I will finalize the troubleshooting tutorial but can you please address the “shortcodes in the google calendar description, w/all plugins de-activated still.”Thanks and appreciate the assistance…

ParticipantThanks for the quick response. Not sure what customization your referring to. PP button and general program info, yes i did this. Other, structure of page info? theme…?
The event you viewed (REACTION)? does have a recurrence BUT, only through Aug.4 then no more posts until OCTOBER and stops posting completely w/o finishing the month of October. This has been common with all my posted events. I have event settings to post 3 months in advance.
Published or non-published events loose recurrence status when I try to edit/set specifics:(dates = non-same day start & end of event) (time = exact operational time specifics). I just tried to edit one published event(changed from all day to specifics ex: time: 6:30am – 8:30am and date: July 4 – July 30) b4 posting this to make sure not to waste your time and same action happened (lost the recurrence) so I changed it back. This is what I am asking for assistance with on this thread. Guess I’ll have to start new ones for the other issues. I hope Im making myself clear and not rambling…
