ParticipantHi, working on site for various task I saw that the community events form is not shown when try to add a new community event, not as an logged user not as a not registered user. I was trying to do the test with other theme but the result is the same, no form visible, no error shown. Please help. Last time I checked, 1-2 month before everything was just fine. The plugins are at their last version.

ParticipantHello,
I went to the link you provided and registration/log-in was required. So for the first step, can you go to your community events settings and ensure that the “Allow Anonymous Submissions” checkbox is checked? Here’s a screenshot of that option for reference → https://cloudup.com/cImmaIdMVCl
Next, you mention that you tried a different theme on your site. For the purposes of troubleshooting, do you think it would be possible for you to leave your site in a default theme like Twenty Thirteen or Twenty Fourteen or something? We can check out the site again with that theme active and take a closer look.
Thank you!

ParticipantIt seems that the problems are related to the last version (3.10) of events calendar and events calendar pro. I was trying also with defaults wp theme, I did a clean install on a test server and problems are the same. Now I use 3.9.3 version of both plugins and everything work just fine

ParticipantHello,
I cannot produce any of these problems myself, so I’m curious, if you head to Events > Settings > Community Events, what are all your settings for Community Events on that page? Share a screenshot if possible.
Thank you for your patience!

ParticipantHello,
Do you mean that the “Allow Anonymous Submissions” checkbox is checked? Here’s a screenshot of that option for reference → https://cloudup.com/cImmaIdMVCl
Also, can you update The Events Calendar and Community Events, and Events Calendar PRO if you have it, all to 3.10.1?
Thank you!

ParticipantHello,
Thanks for confirming that.
When I got to the /events/community/add page on your site, I’m still met with this requirement to log in: https://cloudup.com/csqEAiOYXVy
Why is that? What settings and/or plugins on your site do you have configured to require logins there?
I would recommend running through our complete set of troubleshooting steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
Do each step there, and after each plugin deactivation do two things:
1. Go to Settings > Permalinks in your admin area, and just click “Save Changes” without actually making any changes. This may seem like an odd thing to do but is a little “trick” within WordPress to get the permalinks across your site to refresh, which might help here.2. Then go to http://innergy4every1.com/events/community/add and see if anything is improved.
So, do each step in that “Testing for Conflicts” article, while also doing steps 1 and 2 above after each plugin deactivation in that process.
This should help with further troubleshooting. Let us know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantHello,
Thank you for doing this testing and for sharing your findings from such testing – if you disable that s2 membership plugin, or modify its settings, does that resolve your issues here?
Thanks!

ParticipantNope, i did a new test on another server, without s2 members plugin and the results are the same.

ParticipantHey there,
It looks like you’re running versions 3.10.1 of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, while you’re only running version 3.9 of Community events. Can you ensure you update to the latest version of Community Events, 3.10, today as well?
A 3.11 release is coming very, very soon for all three plugins as well, so you might have to upgrade again soon, but it should be a smooth easy upgrade 🙂
Thank you for your patience with these issues!

ParticipantHey @innergy4every1,
Version 3.11 for Community Events just shipped, do you find this in that Downloads page?
If not – can you confirm your Community Events license is still active? How long ago did you renew it? If you have not renewed it within a year ago, then unfortunately you not get the updated versions and we cannot provide further support for that plugin.
Thanks,
