Oh today is a good day! I haven’t looked through the google inspect documents yet, but I had played around with it, but not made sense of it until now. Now I have managed to reduce the table to 95% which make it nice and central. I have found all the individual elements to the calendar/events and coloured them differently. Much progress indeedy! Now to decide on some colours 🙂

Hello, Thankyou, although I am concerned that this isn’t seen as something that should be helped to resolve as standard. There are not many options as to change these settings without either a lot of experience in the area or help to find the right way to approach the issues.

Yes I have been playing around with the dates and events so the original link may be dead now.

So I need to be able to change the colour of the background for the Title, the main text body and the ticket area.

I also need to, I think it might be, change the padding of the ticket box area. When in mobile phone/smallest responsive state, the ticket box is too large and fills to the right side too much.

    Does this make sense?

    Thanks

Just to clarify, I have played around with the map settings and now have something more centred, it is squashed though, It was previously a nice square. So in full screen, it is off centre or just sitting badly. in mobile view it is now centre on the layout but the ticket box area still sits to the right of the layout, it should be centred.

and to reiterate, the colours of the background and title areas (the off white colour) needs to change to something different, as I cant read the white writing.

    Many Thanks

I am looking at the oversized text. I am wondering if it is a problem of being too big or a location issue? The Friday sits fine, in the centre of the box, it may become weird if the text size is dropped? Thanks again

Hello, right, days are now sorted. I just need to reduce the text size in mobile view. I tried creating a style sheet, but I have no success. Im not sure where to place it..

    either in /tribe-events/
    or in /tribe-events/month/

and I am just using text editor to create a .css sheet with the code you have provided.

not sure how much of this is correct or not.

    Thanks

Right okay. I will put together a page for the text size. Pardon if this is wrong, but I cant see any difference between the two codes for the adjustment. Is there something I can not see?

    Thanks

Hello, where do I need to add that?

I have found since the first adjustment I have lost the abbreviated three letters on mobile and reduced laptop browser screen. So full screen is perfect. as soon as it reduces, the responsive frame changes and the letters disappear. I guess they are seen as too big and are then removed from visibility. I am not sure of the best way to approach fixing this.

    Thankyou

Hello, Although the calendar days need to be smaller for mobile view as they are too big even in three letter format. How do I reduce the text size?

    Thanks

Hello, I used the second option, so that is working fine for me now. Thank you.

So to change the colours for the text body for the events pages..how is the best way to go about this?

    Thankyou

Hello, thanks for your quick response.

I have included a few pages you should be able to understand.

    http://wholemealrecords.com/shows/month/

The calendar has crushed Day Titles before it shortens them to three letter versions. I wouldn’t mind to always have them at three letter version if this make it easier. You will also see the header is off white in colour while my text is white, which makes it almost impossible to see.

    http://wholemealrecords.com/show/grooveband-night/

This page I have the most difficulties with. The background is white for the main body and the header…text cannot be read. The map renders badly too. It is too small when the page is full screen, but it becomes a much better size when shrunk down to its minimal mobile view.

The map and ticket box are set too far to the right in mobile view. Everything else is set ok and it ruins the rest of the layout when these two are set incorrectly.

The events widget is also off in mobile view. The numbering is hidden in the change of colour. I have played with this in the inspector of chrome and found that simple changes do solve some of the rendering for the Events Widget, and loosing the background colour helps to sow the white writing. Although I would like to change the background colour to be the same blue as the Ical and google calendar button.

    Looking forward to your help

Hello. Yes I am dissapointed. As it is by woocommerce I presumed it wpuld have been something easily incorperated into the structure and widely furture proofing as this is becoming standard for handling ticket systems. I will have to look for other solutions in the future for my ticketing as it creates a big hole in the delievery and use of your ticketing solution.

    Thanks

Frustrating. I think I will just write lots of notices to cover this for any customers who might be looking for their ticket.

    Thanks

    Thanks
