Barcode extension

Hello,

I have implemented the Woocommerce Barcode extension into the ticket service.

My main problem is that the barcode is use for the purchase rather than the ticket. which makes it impossible to checkin tickets via a barcode per person/ticket.

How can this be implemented for each tickets?

I asked Woocommerce but they have passed me onto you for answers.

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, we don’t claim to offer any official support with the Barcode extension, and can’t offer any integration support with a third-party add-on like this. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.

Hello. Yes I am dissapointed. As it is by woocommerce I presumed it wpuld have been something easily incorperated into the structure and widely furture proofing as this is becoming standard for handling ticket systems. I will have to look for other solutions in the future for my ticketing as it creates a big hole in the delievery and use of your ticketing solution.

Again, sorry that we’re unable to help with that third-party add-on, but if you take a look at our UserVoice page, there has been a great deal of interest in this feature, and we’re actively reviewing the possibility about including functionality like this in a future version of the plugin.
