Issue occurs when both TEC and PRO are active. I have tested temporarily deactivating every plugin other than TEC and reverting back to the default WordPress theme and the plugin still wouldn’t save the venue…
My client is getting really impatient – is there something you can do?
So I have updated the plugin and it is still not working.
Every time I save & update the venue in for example this event:

http://www.prstatistics.com/courses/This is a frustratingly slow process that involves lot of jumping through hoops.
The plugin wont let me update because:
“There is new version of Event Tickets Plus available but your license key is out of installs. Learn more or manage your licenses. A valid licence key is required for support and updates”I don’t have this installed on multiple sites as your site suggests. At one point it was installed on a duplicate of the site I had to make because I was having such problems getting your plugin to work. The licence key has been deleted from the copy of the site but its still not updating.
I have paid for support why is it so difficult and slow to get any support for this?
Yes I have reverted back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than yours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide.
WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG were set to true on your wp-config.php during your testing. I didn’t notice any issues.
Can you please advise?
Thanks – That has helped with the pagination but the event locations still aren’t saving the venues. The client is desperate to go live, is there anything I can do to fix that?
When you click “previous events” first – it stops showing just 5 events per page (error – as it’s set to 20)
then when you click “next events” is shows 20 (as per settings) therefore not needing a “next events” link.But if you click “next events” first – it shows an error and if you refresh it shows the rest of the events – obviously the client can’t have this for his site. Which is why I set it 20 events per page to avoid needing the “next events” link at all but there seems to be an error with both.
Is there anything that can be done because the client wants the site to be live now and it’s taken 9 days of back and forth.
I have updated the plugin to the most recent version but it doesn’t make a difference to either of the issues I am having.
The events page will only show 5 events per page and shows an error when trying to view the “next page” & on a handful of events the location venue won’t save – is there anything I can do? or is there a bug with plugin?
I tried updating the plugin – I have the zip file but because there is a version already installed & there is a conflict with names. I can’t see another obvious way to update the plugin? and I don’t want to lose the data already saved to the plugin.
It starts as the blank venue screenshot > I set it (the 1st screenshot) and update the page but it reverts back to the 2nd screenshot again.

I was just looking through the site and noticed that some of the events hadn’t saved the venue info. When I went back to add it in and update – it didn’t save.
For some reason it won’t save the Venue info on certain events (this one for example: http://prstats2.uk.w3pcloud.com/course/network-analysis-ecologists-ntwa01/)
