I am actually going to move away from community tickets since I have found another route to get this thing to work without the use of both community tickets and community events. thank you

OKay i just did that and tried all the options..still same issue..navigation doesn’t shrink and some animations don’t work 🙁

I went ahead and launched another install of that same website but instead of importing settings i just manually uploaded all the files and settings….it still broken..the navigation doesnt shrink, the page sometimes get stuck and won’t let you scroll…and once again when i deactivate community tickets..it the shrinking header, scroll and everything else works.

the navigation is suppose to shrink and have a black backgroun like the first screen shot supplied. (the navigation works when i turn off community tickets) and when I have community tickets installed the navigation doesn’t shrink or do anything as shown in the second screen shot

Also when i reset all the settings to the default enfold theme settings the navigation still didn’t shrink or anything. I checked with the theme developers as well and they also confirmed that it was a plug-in issue since i went through all the necessary uninstalling, reinstalling of themes, turning off plug-ins and such

the default doesnt have scroll navigation nor the galleries as theme add-ons. my main concern is the navigation how it doesn’t shrink when scrolled. can you supply me a link to your version so i can see for myself?

The issue has been resolved..i had to update to the newest version of my theme….so i guess it was theme issue but its weird since the enfold theme i had installed was just 4.3.2 and the one i just installed right now is 4.3.5 but what ever it was…it’s now fixed 😀 thank you for the help regardless 🙂

If its any consolation, we have this same exact set up on a different website: enfold, woocommerce, event tickets plus, events calendar pro…but the versions of those are older (4.5.3 for events tickets plus, woocommerce 3.1.5, events cal pro 4.4.15)
