  • Both of the suggested fixes did not work.

    Removing the license only put it back automatically upon hitting the Save button, and that changing the theme to Twenty Fifteen had no effect.

    In the mean time there have been 3 other plug-in updates with the current new theme which have all updated successfully. Please let me know what to do.

    Based on the link information all my license keys are current and active. When I compare them with what is on my website they match. I had a theme change about 2 weeks ago and have had several plug-in updates with no problems. Let me know your thoughts.

    Hi Casey – I tried deactivating the plug ins and reactivate them… The problem is still there. I am unable to view them on the backend. I am needing to make some changes and I can’t get to them. Thanks Casey for your help

    Barry – A Big Thank-You…. The latest update fixed my problem. If anyone is reading this; I just have let everyone know that the “Modern Tribe Team” is the best. They have the best Customer Support service. They stayed right with me as I was trying to figure out my error. They never gave up on me and never left me hanging. I would HIGHLY recommend Calendar Pro to anyone who is looking for a user friendly calendar but also looking to receive a wonderful Customer Support.     Barry – I am still not able to see my events from the calendar. If I click on the date; it tell me not events for that date. I have the calendar on the bottom of my home page because it is still not working correctly. I was able to eliminate the post under the calendar with the string you sent me. But, is there a way to fix the calendar or have it go back to when it was working correctly. The Horse season will start back up in January. So, I am hoping to have the calendar fix by then. I am sorry to continually but you with this. Thank You so much Barry – It’s still a great plugin; Thank you for great customer service.
    If you do not think this plugin will work anymore for me, could you let me know. I know it’s time to renew my yearly fee. Thanks Barry – Polly

    Hi Barry – I have changed it on the widget to display “1”. Now, it will not even open up. You can tell the days that their are events because they are a darker color. But, when you click on the date, it does nothing. I will leave it displaying “1” so you can see what I mean.
    If you look at the top (under the header) I have a button for events. If you click that on it works perfect… Now what???

    I did it…. 🙂 – I went it and changed the code… That is the first time I ever did anything like that….
    Ulli, thank you so much for assuming that I could do something like this and Barry thank you for your string.
    So, the problem still remains that you can’s see any of the events inside the calendar, but at least there is not a number of “post” being added after the calendar.
    I have temporarily located the calendar on the bottom of my website page – Because the viewer can’t see the events when they click on the date…. I have posted “events” up on my website for them to go in and see the events.
    I still need help in fixing it so you can actually see the events when you click on the calendar dates..
    I hope all of this makes sense… It is just so nice to have the string of posts gone from under the calendar.

    Thank you all for your comments and help in trying to figure this problem out. I hope it can be worked out soon. It’s kind of a off season for horse events, but I will pick up towards the end of December. So, we have some time

    Barry, thank you for all that you have done to help me with this. Yes, if you can send me a list, I really appreciate it. Can you list them from your 1st referral. I am not familiar with any developers and am a little scared about someone getting a hold of my site. I have so much information on it… 🙂 I know you understand.     Oliver – thank you so much for your help. I have actually tried this and was hopefully it was this problem… But, it still is happening.
    Barry – I tried setting up a new word press. The problem happened before I could even add any plugins.. I do not get it? This plugin has been working perfectly for me throughout all of the updates. I have had questions here and there but we have been able to figure them out. Now what?? any more suggestions?     Hi Barry – I emailed a screenshot of my widget page to Rob, I asked him to forward it to you. Also, I moved the calendar to the bottom of my website. I am trying to get the website ready for the holidays. I do not want to bring the calendar up to the top until it’s fixed. Thanks Barry

    Hi Barry – I tried the above procedure again. Still no luck – Every time I add a new post, it is added under the calendar – It’s crazy.. I am keeping the calendar on the home page so you can check it out, but it looks really goofy… I added a little note above it.. 🙂 What should I try next? Thanks Barry again for your help – Polly

    Barry – I just went through and performed the above task. The problems still exists.
    Both the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro at version 3.2
    Switching to Twenty Twelve did not solve it; and deactivating each plug in one by one and seeing if that was it, did not solve it. I made sure that NextGen was deactivated and the problem still exist.
    Barry, thank you so much for helping with this problem. Its so frustrating, but so nice to have you helping me.
