ParticipantThanks for the reply.
Occasionally, a customer will add tickets to their Cart, and then click on “Go To PayPal”, but then they do not pay for the order.
Is it possible to setup Events Tickets Plus or WooCommerce so that if a customer clicks “Go to Paypal” but they do not pay, that an order is not created, and no Order number is added.
When this happens, we need to manually cancel the order and contact the customer, and we would prefer that an order not be created when the order is not paid.
I don’t think there is any setting that will help when this happens.
We clearly add to the text in the Event Description that they must pay at time of registration, but still some customers just fail to pay.
I’ve been using Events Tickets Plus for a couple years, and I know how manage my orders and attendees, and the problem is not helped by the settings that you referenced.

ParticipantThanks for your help, you’ve been great.
I’m sorry, but those latest pieces didn’t change anything.

ParticipantThank you, Geoff, those .css statements do help. Most importantly, this will be less confusing for our event participants. I’m not sure why, but we still have many folks who aren’t that experienced with online shopping.
Please look at the new screenshot attached here: Do you see how the frame or box around the + button is not properly closed on the bottom? This does not affect the functionality, but do you have any suggestions to make that look more like the – button?
Thanks!

ParticipantI added this to my style.css, and it did not fix the problem.
Note that this is the only thing in my style.css.
Please continue to research this. We are an event company, and this is causing confusion and problems for our event participants

ParticipantI think I have resolved this issue. I went in to the WooCommerce Settings > Products > Inventory, and under Manage Stock I enabled the option “Enable Stock Managment”.
I don’t know yet whether WooTickets will actually stop selling tickets when my stock limit is reached, but at least I am now able to set my stock level.
