Thanks Cliff! Sorry I am having trouble knowing where to put your ‘action’ code within the Git Snippet provided – are you able to tell me the line to put it? Im just not sure whether it goes within the function or just before/after the add_filter bit?
THANK YOU!!!!!
gsnaParticipantWONDERFUL! This works!!
That is great news. One more tiny question – is there a way to get some text to appear somewhere on the Ticket Email IF the ticket is within one of the no-QR categories? I’d like to tell these people that the login details for their event will be sent from GoToTraining within the next 24 hours and to contact us if they don’t receive them.
Thanks so much!
gsnaParticipantGoodness me sorry I didn’t realise I could just do that. Thank you so much.
gsnaParticipantHi there,
Great thanks for this. We have installed the plugin that you recommended and it seems to be doing what we need. I do have an additional question:* Where can I find the Post Meta codes for Ticket information? I can see that you link to the Custom Meta Code area here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-post-meta-data/ however I can’t see any ticket meta there. Using the Form Builder you mention, I want to map Tickets and Ticket costs as form fields into the Ticket area ofthe Events Calendar (which we also have installed on our site).
* Are you able to confirm which Organizer meta code to use to map the Organizer name from my form into Events Calendar? Is it _EventOrganizerID _OrganizerOrganizer ?
Does this make sense? Thank you,

gsnaParticipantI’m not sure what happened from the time I posted this to now, but things seem to be coming back online. Maybe my client found something going on at the hosting company. Very strange. Thanks though!
