March 25, 2016 at 4:56 pm in reply to: New Events Calendar Upgrade 4.1.0.1. deactivated Pro and Community Events #1094296AnnetteParticipant
Hi Josh
Here are the current errors using Pro 4.0.5 and Community Events 4.0.2:The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 4.0.5, The Events Calendar: Community Events 4.0.2. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Learn More.
All “seems” to be working, although this morning I had to redo the sidebar widget.
What versions of Pro and Community Events work with this latest release?
Thanks!
AnnetteParticipantThanks so much, Brian. I am done everything as you suggested, and I am fully up and running Community Events again. I really appreciate your help!
AnnetteParticipantOk, I have deleted all copies of Community Events. Site was already up and running after my lengthy call with BlueHost, and thank goodness, still is after a 404 error fix again. Here are the versions that are currently active:
Events Calendar 4.0.5
Events Calendar Pro 3.12.1What exactly are the versions that I need to have running in order to get Community Events working again? And what version of Community Events do I need?
Thanks very much!
AnnetteParticipantHi George:
I removed the extra bracket, but it made no difference. The tooltip is still appearing. See the link below:http://74.220.219.130/~gracecl2/events/the-loose-threads/2016-01-27
AnnetteParticipantHi George & Nico:
I was finally able to add these two code changes to the very bottom as you requested (well, at least I think I did). I still see the tooltip. See the link below:http://74.220.219.130/~gracecl2/events/the-loose-threads/2016-01-06
AnnetteParticipantHi George:
I did exactly as you suggested, and I still see the tooltip. Check it out here:http://74.220.219.130/~gracecl2/events/the-loose-threads/2015-12-23
AnnetteParticipantHi George!
Thanks for your quick response. Try this link:http://74.220.219.130/~gracecl2/events/mens-community-study-group/2015-12-14
Hover over the “(See all)” and the tooltip still appears.
AnnetteParticipantHi George:
I have done exactly (I think!) as you indicated, but the tooltip is still showing up. I am trying to launch our Events Calendar this week, so it’s not currently linked to our website menu. Not sure if you can see this or not, but here is an example of one of our calendar events:
The file and directory I placed the code is:
public_html\wp-content\themes\zion\style.css
This is the correct file, isn’t it?Thanks for your help!
AnnetteParticipantSorry about that. The prior post was as follows:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/recurring-event-see-all-tooltip-hides-link/
I’m ok with editing code as long as I know exactly which file to put it in.
Thank you!
October 25, 2015 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Recurring Events – Exclusion not working (2nd round) #1017709AnnetteParticipantI am having the exact same problem, but with mixed results. I got one recurring event with an exclusion to work, but not a second recurring event I tried to set up basically the same way.
