ParticipantNo, I have no other question on that. So yes, we can move on to my second question 🙂
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for your reply. Ok, well I simply have a regular WordPress page describing an event : name of the event, date, venue, panelists, photos, etc. I added a ticket to that page so that people can RSVP to the event described on that page. But when I create a ticket, I’m not asked to enter a venue or the date for that ticket. I would have thought I could add that information to each ticket I add to a page so that it appears in the ticket people receive by mail. Is there a way to do that? Let me know if this is not clear and if you need more information.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks for the update! Looking forward to hear more about the add to cart via ajax.
I’ll just add a piece of infomation in case it might help. As I was testing it again, I noticed that when I click on the button, the browser actually does not start working to load/transfer to the confirmation page. So it may not be a loading problem at all (sorry about that). Regardless of the browser I’m using, I don’t see anything that indicates it is loading or trying to load (no wheel moving in the tab or anything like that) like it usually does. When I click, the form simply becomes greyed out for 15-20 seconds and after those 15-20 seconds the browser starts working as it usually does to move to the confirmation page.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello again,
Thanks for the information. You mentioned W3 Total Cache, but I had already deactivated that plugin to test if it made a difference and it didn’t. I also just tried with WP Super Cache (as it was mentionned in the documentation you sent me) and it also didn’t make a difference. Lastly, I activated the default theme instead of the one I’m currently using, and it also didn’t change anything.
Seeing that the installed plugins and theme don’t seem to be the problem and that the website is only slow when we click on that particular button, is it possible that it’s not a caching problem, but a problem with either Events Tickets or Woocommerce?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh,
I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them all and it seems to be working now. So I don’t know what was the problem really as I didn’t have to remove any plugin for good.

ParticipantSo if I understand correctly, when I create a ticket in a page, it should automatically appear as a product in WooCommerce, is that right?
It seems to be created under WooCommerce Products, but it is not visible in the list of products.
Let me explain: under Products, next to the link “Published” there’s a (3) for the 3 tickets I tried to create.
But if I click on that link to see the list of published products, it doesn’t find any products. See the screen capture in attachment. Thanks!
