ParticipantHello,
I just installed Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus and I also have WooCommerce installed. I am not using the Events Calendar.
In your knowledge base, after you save a ticket, there seem to be some editing and viewing options (see screen capture in attachment). But at my end, I only see that the ticket has been saved. There are not links to edit, view, report (see other screen capture in attachment). I’m also not sure how I can display the ticket for purchase. Thanks!

ParticipantHey Maryse,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I tested this on my local install but was able to see all the associated links there as expected. However, looking at the screenshot you’ve shared, it looks like there is a successful ticket creation notice there but it doesn’t have the ticket listed below. Is the ticket getting created and visible within your WooCommerce Products?
Thanks!

ParticipantSo if I understand correctly, when I create a ticket in a page, it should automatically appear as a product in WooCommerce, is that right?
It seems to be created under WooCommerce Products, but it is not visible in the list of products.
Let me explain: under Products, next to the link “Published” there’s a (3) for the 3 tickets I tried to create.
But if I click on that link to see the list of published products, it doesn’t find any products. See the screen capture in attachment. Thanks!

ParticipantHey Maryse,
Thanks for following up here!
Ok, it sounds like the tickets are getting created. Them not being visible on the Product page is intentional, when we create them from our side, we set them to be hidden from regular product loops.
As a further question here to help in testing, are you using a custom post type for adding the tickets or are you using a regular post or page?
Also, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a conflict with another plugin or theme here?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh,
I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them all and it seems to be working now. So I don’t know what was the problem really as I didn’t have to remove any plugin for good.

ParticipantHey Maryse,
Interesting, that does seem a bit strange but glad this is working for you now.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!
