Looks like the culprit is Post Types Order plugin. Oh well, like I said the behavior actually works in our favor in this instance

Here is the event list page
    http://smokeyridgecharcuterie.com/events/

You can see that the list starts on October 2013 and lists the two events I’ve chosen as sticky, then starts back at September and lists everything else. If I remove the sticky option, the two Farm Dinner events list in order with everything else.
Like I said, although it may be a bug, its a nice feature for separating events we would like to feature from the rest of the list. i would just like to change the header to read Featured Events rather than the month

Its happening with both the manual and automated imports. I have tried various events from different pages. I have also disabled all plugins and switched to 2011 theme as per suggestions in other posts. I am running v. 3.0 of both plugins. Free Events Calendar / Paid facebook import.
Seems like the problem lies where the code tries to pull in the event photo. I tried commenting out that section and all references to $event_picture. It fixed the fatal error but then I got the error message that the event does not exist or is private etc… even though I know the event was valid and public.
